随着全球进入知识经济时代,人才在企业发展中的作用越来越重要,因此构建有效的人才梯队显得尤为关键。作为重要的民生企业,水电行业的发展直接关系到人民的生活质量,迫切需要系统的人才梯队建设,应以优秀人才培养为水电企业技术进步有效推动及运营效率专项提升作强有力支撑,确保水电企业市场竞争优势。因此水电企业应立足长远战略,结合发展目标及策略,引入科学完备的人才梯队建设理念,落实人尽其才、才尽其用,进一步巩固和提升人才队伍的整体素质。
With the advent of the knowledge economy era,enterprises have increasingly high requirements for talents,and the construction of talent echelons has become very important.As an important livelihood enterprise,the development of hydropower industry is directly related to the quality of life of the people,and it is urgent to build a systematic talent echelon.The cultivation of outstanding talents should be a strong support for the effective promotion of technological progress and the special improvement of operational efficiency of hydropower enterprises,so as to ensure the competitive advantage of hydropower enterprises in the market.Therefore,hydropower enterprises should base on long-term strategy,combine development goals and strategies,introduce scientific and complete talent echelon construction concept,implement the full use of talents,and further consolidate and improve the overall quality of talent team.
