摘要
当前移动站点内保留有许多老旧的通信开关电源设备,因使用年限较长,超过生命周期,导致器件老化,设备性能下降,故障率升高,能耗也相应增加。传统的电源整机替换方式周期长,需要较大的施工空间,且存在一定的带电割接风险,材料及人力成本高。本文提供了一种开关电源插框改造的技术手段,通过保留原设备机架,仅更换开关电源的插框以及整流模块、监控模块等附属设备,提升设备运行效率,同时缩短改造时间,节约施工成本及设备投资费用,达到节能改造、降本增效的目的。
There were many old switching power supply in the mobile base stations,which had exceeded their lifespan.Due to their long service life,the devices had a poor performance and a high fault ratio,and energy consumption of the equipment was increased.The replacement of the whole switching power supply with more risks took long time and high cost,and it needed a large construction space.This paper provides a modification scheme of switch power supply.It retains the frame of the equipment,only replaces the power plug-in frame as well as rectifier modules and monitoring modules.This technology solution can shorten renovation time,save costs,and achieve the goal of energy conservation and efficiency improvement.
