摘要
直流配电系统因其高效率、易控制等优势,在清洁能源接入和电力电子设备中应用日益广泛。然而,直流系统对保护装置提出了更高要求,传统机械式断路器难以满足其快速断开和限制故障电流需求。本文分析了固态断路器在直流配电系统中的应用优势,并探讨了其设计原理、拓扑选择、器件选型和限流设计。结合实际项目案例,阐述了固态断路器的工程化应用,包括散热设计、故障识别技术和器件保护等方面。
The DC power distribution system is increasingly utilized in the integration of clean energy sources and power electronic devices due to its high efficiency and ease of control.However,the DC system imposes higher demands on protection devices,as traditional mechanical circuit breakers struggle to meet the requirements of rapid disconnection and fault current limitation,This paper analyzes the advantages of solid-state circuit breakers in DC power distribution systems and explores their design principles,topology selection,device selection,and current limiting design.By incorporating practical project cases,this paper elaborates on the engineering application of solid-state circuit breakers,including aspects such as heat dissipation design,fault identification technology,and device protection.
