摘要
为了解决传统微型断路器占用空间大、智能化程度低的问题,本文设计了一种1U插拔式直流断路模块。该模块基于断路器和继电器两种方案,分析了两种方案的实现方式、关键指标对比、设计注意事项,同时定义了多种智能控制策略。结果表明,1U插拔式直流断路模块体积小,智能化程度高,将其应用于通信基站实现了显著的节能降耗,有力支撑了智能化运维。
In order to solve the problems of large space occupation and low intelligence level of traditional miniature circuit breakers,a 1U plug-in DC circuit breaker module has been designed.This module is based on two schemes,circuit breaker and relay,analyzing the implementation methods,key indicators comparison,design considerations of the two schemes,and defining multiple intelligent control strategies.The results show that the IU plug-in DC circuit breaker module has a small volume and high degree of intelligence.Its application in communication base stations has achieved significant energy saving and consumption reduction,effectively supporting intelligent operation and maintenance.
