通信机楼后备柴油发电机渗漏隐患研究

摘要 本文旨在研究通信机楼后备柴油发电机房的渗漏隐患,以提高其安全运行水平。文章首先分析了柴油机房渗漏的成因、后果,并从柴油箱设计、自动化控制、在线侦测技术三方面进行了深入探讨。针对渗漏问题,提出了多项防范措施,包括改进柴油箱设计、引入LDAR技术提升泄漏检测效率与准确性、结合液位侦测、漏油绳侦测、气体侦测技术并与动环监控系统相结合从而构建综合防渗漏体系,并强调了应急传报流程与预案制定的重要性。研究结果表明,这些措施的实施有望显著提高柴油机房的安全运行水平,保障通信机楼的持续服务能力。最后,文章展望了未来柴油机房渗漏防范的创新方向,如利用人工智能和大数据分析技术,以及探索新型材料和技术应用。 This article aims to study the leakage hazards of the backup diesel generator room in the communication building,in order to improve its safe operation level.The article first analyzes the causes and consequences of diesel engine room leakage,and explores in depth from three aspects:diesel tank design,automation control,and online detection technology.Multiple preventive measures have been proposed to address leakage issues,including improving diesel tank design,introducing LDAR technology to enhance leak detection eficiency and accuracy,combining liquid level detection,oil leakage rope detection,gas detection technology with dynamic environmental monitoring system to construct a comprehensive leak prevention system,and emphasizing the importance of emergency reporting process and plan formulation.The research results indicate that the implementation of these measures is expected to significantly improve the safe operation level of the diesel engine room and ensure the continuous service capability of the communication building.Finally,the article looks forward to innovative directions for leakage prevention in diesel engine rooms in the future,such as utilizing artificial intelligence and big data analysis technology,as well as exploring new materials and technology applications.
