摘要
随着数字化进程的推进,通信行业迅速发展,作为应急保障的重要设备,油机发电机组的性能稳定性显得尤为重要。当前的发电机检测技术监测功能相对单一,导致发电机的使用安全性较低。为此,本文提出了一种移动式油机发电机多功能检测装置。该装置能够在发电机运行过程中实时监测其机械性能、后级配电状态、噪音等多种因素,以确保设备安全运行。该系统通过采集器来监测负载电流,并与后级配电进行对比,显示牌则呈现分级告警标识,能够清晰预判发电机启动前的负载情况,从而有效解决后级负载过低或过高导致的油机燃油量过高和运行不安全的问题,确保发电机的安全运行。此外,系统还通过GPRS技术采集噪音数据并进行对比,降低油机运行噪声,提高客户的使用体验。该技术不仅能够节省维护设备的人力成本,还能提升通信设备的安全性。以10台油机为例,年均可节约约15万元的费用。
With the advancement of digitalization,the communication industry has been rapidly developing,and as an important equipment for emergency backup,the stability of diesel generator sets has become increasingly important.However,the current detection technology for generators has relatively simple monitoring functions,which leads to a lower level of safety for generator use.Therefore,this paper proposes a mobile diesel generator multi-function detection device.This device can monitor the mechanical performance,rear-end power distribution status,and noise of the generator in real-time during operation,to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.The system monitors the load current through a data collector and compares it with the rear-end power distribution to display a graded warning sign,which can clearly predict the load situation of the generator before startup and effectively solve the problem of excessive fuel consumption and unsafe operation caused by low or high load at the rear end.In addition,the system collects noise data through GPRS technology and compares it for noise reduction,improving the customer's experience of use.This technology not only saves the cost of human maintenance equipment,but also improves the safety of communication equipment.For example,with 10 diesel generators,annual savings of about 150000 yuan can be achieved.
