摘要
双碳战略已经成为关乎经济发展与国计民生的重要战略,节能减排更成为了所有企业的义务。对于能耗大户数据中心行业来说,如何最大限度降低数据中心电能利用效率(PUE),提升能效比,保障数据中心的可持续发展,就成为了各企业所要面对的首要问题。蒸发冷却技术利用干空气能等可再生能源,以干空气的焓差为动力进行制冷,已成为降低数据中心能耗,满足数据中心PUE指标的一种重要手段。利用间接蒸发冷却技术可制取低于空气湿球温度的冷水,但在潮湿地区,空气相对湿度大,干湿球温度差较小,需结合机械制冷以实现对数据中心进行全年制冷。本文以华南某数据中心为例,分析在华南地区气象参数下,间接蒸发冷水系统与冷水机组结合使用效果。经测试验证,在日常的运行中,保障数据中心安全运行条件下,间接蒸发冷水塔直接为数据中心供冷时长可达4个月。全年PUE降低至1.291,水资源利用效率(WUE)提升至1.91,效果显著。这为间接蒸发冷水塔结合冷水机组形成的间接蒸发冷水系统的推广与应用奠定基础,为降低数据中心PUE做出贡献。
The dual carbon strategy has become an important strategy related to economic development and national economy and people's livelihood,and energy conservation and emission reduction have become the obligation of all enterprises.For the energy consuming data center industry,how to minimize PUE,improve energy efficiency,and ensure the sustainable development of data centers has become the primary issue that enterprises need to face.Evaporative cooling technology utilizes renewable energy sources such as dry air to provide cooling based on the enthalpy difference of the dry air.It has become an important means to reduce energy consumption in data centers and meet the PUE target.By using indirect evaporative cooling technology,it is possible to produce chiled water below the wet-bulb temperature of the air.However,in humid areas where the relative humidity of the air is high and the dry-bulb/wet-bulb temperature difference is small,mechanical refrigeration needs to be combined to achieve cooling for data centers.Taking a data center in Shantou as an example,this study analyzes the combined effectiveness of an indirect evaporative cooling water system and a chilled water unit under the meteorological parameters of Shantou.Through testing and validation,it has been found that the indirect evaporative cooling tower can directly provide cooling to the data center for up to 4 months during a year of operation,while ensuring the safe operating conditions of the data center.The annualelectricity utilization eficiency(PUE)decreased to 1.291,and the water resource utilization efficiency increased to 1.91.The significant effect lays the foundation for the promotion and application of indirect evaporative cooling water systems formed by combining indirect evaporative cooling towers with chillers,and contributes to reducing PUE in data centers.
