综合通信机房气流组织优化工作实践

摘要 本文通过实地分析某综合楼通信网络综合机房的气流组织现状,制定了针对性的优化措施,主要包括安装PVC磁吸门帘、镀锌板隔断、智能调解式地板等,以改善气流分布。改造后显著提升了机房的冷量利用率和温度均匀性;同时DC机房的PUE值从1.722降至1.534,综合机房的PUE值从1.62降至1.58,实现了显著的节能效果。本研究成功地通过气流组织优化改造,提升了机房的能效和环境控制能力,为通信机房的绿色发展和高效运行提供了有效的解决方案。 This article analyzes the current situation of airflow organization in the communication network integrated room of a certain comprehensive building on site and formulates targeted optimization measures.Mainly includes installing PVC magnetic door curtains,galvanized sheet partitions,intelligent adjustable flooring,etc.to improve airflow distribution.The renovation significantly improved the utilization rate of cooling capacity and temperature uniformity in the computer room;At the same time,the PUE value of the DC data center decreased from 1.722 to 1.534,and the PUE value of the comprehensive data center decreased from 1.62 to 1.58,achieving significant energy-saving effects.This study successfully improved the energy efficiency and environmental control capabilities of the computer room through optimized airflow organization,providing an effective solution for the green development and efficient operation of communication rooms.
