数据中心水系统低负荷运行策略研究与应用

摘要 数据中心投用初期IT负荷较低,冷源系统面临低负荷运行挑战,能源利用效率低。本文以某新建数据中心作为研究对象,详细分析问题产生的原因,根据冷源系统配置,提出一种利用蓄冷罐贮存冷量为机楼间歇供冷的策略,分别研究自然冷源模式、联合模式、机械模式的运行用参数,旨在解决机房温度过低、冷水机组频繁喘振、能源浪费严重等问题。结合运维实践,分析该策略的优势和局限性,为后续新建数据中心的设计和运营提供参考。 During the early operational phase of data centers,low IT loads pose challenges for the efficient operation of cooling systems,leading to reduced energy utilization eficiency.This study focuses on a recently constructed data center,analyzes in detail the causes of the problem,and proposes a strategy that utilizes thermal storage tanks for storing chilled water to provide intermittent cooling to server rooms.The operation parameters of the natural cooling mode,hybrid mode and mechanical mode are studied separately,aiming to solve the problems of low temperature in the computer room,frequent chiller surge and serious energy waste.Combined with the operation and maintenance practice,the advantages and limitations of this strategy are analyzed to provide reference for the design and operation of subsequent new data centers.
