摘要
目前,数据中心发展迅猛,在注重节能降耗的同时,机组设备的安全运行也是一个不容忽视的问题。本文以数据中心冷冻水空调系统的水泵和变频器为研究对象,以安全运行提升为出发点,结合实际运维经验,首先提出变频器在谐波、保护整定、低电压保护和接地故障的预防措施;然后针对恒压供水补水泵,从扬程核算、目标压力优化和泵组轮换规则展开阐述;最后,对于冷冻水泵、冷却水泵,提出多组低频节能运行、高水温运行的水泵功率分析和流量检查。
At present,data centers are developing rapidly,and while focusing on energy conservation and consumption reduction,the safe operation of unit equipment is also an issue that cannot be ignored.This article takes the water pump and frequency converter of the chilled water air conditioning system in data centers as the research object,starting from the improvement of safe operation,and combining with practical operation and maintenance experience,first proposes preventive measures for frequency converters in harmonic,protection setting,low voltage protection,and grounding faults;Then,regarding the constant pressure water supply replenishment pump,this article elaborates on head calculation,target pressure optimization,and pump group rotation rules;Finally,for chilled water pumps and cooling water pumps,multiple sets of low-frequency energy-saving operation and high water temperature operation pump power analysis and flow inspection are proposed.
