本文旨在探讨民营企业在数智化转型关键阶段,成功实施的一项大型智算中心改造实践案例,聚焦于高密功率机柜散热难题、能效优化瓶颈以及空间利用率提升等关键领域,通过细致的技术难点剖析,创新性地提出了一系列策略与建议,涵盖方案优化、技术创新、运维管理优化及节能减碳等多个维度,系统性地探讨了绿色高效智算中心的建设路径。实践结果表明,所提出的策略与建议有效解决了以上问题,同时增强了运维的便捷性与系统的稳定性。这些成果不仅优化了民企智算中心的运行效率,还为其向绿色低碳、高效可靠及可持续发展的方向转型奠定了坚实基础。

This paper aims to discuss a practical case of large-scale intelligent computing center transformation successfully implemented by private enterprises in the critical stage of digital and intelligent transformation,focusing on key areas such as the heat dissipation problem of high-density power cabinets,the bottleneck of energy efficiency optimization,and the improvement of space utilization.The practical results show that the proposed strategies and suggestions effectively solve the above problems,and enhance the convenience of operation and maintenance and the stability of the system.These achievements not only optimize the operational efficiency of the intelligent computing center of private enterprises,but also lay a solid foundation for its transformation to a green,low-carbon,eficient,reliable and sustainabledevelopment.
