摘要
国家和各通信运营商对数据中心和机楼电能利用效率(PUE)监管要求不断提高,通信机楼节能压力越来越大。传统的通信机楼的制冷系统多由水冷冷水机组与冷却塔以及冷冻水型机房专用空调组成。本文从制冷原理以及流体力学角度分析传统通信机楼水冷冷水制冷系统能耗高的原因,并针对性的制定可行的优化措施,通过优化制冷系统各组成部件运行模式与参数设置,实现了PUE压降,达到了降低制冷系统能耗的目的。
The country and communication operators have continuously raised the regulatory requirements for PUE of data centers and machine buildings,and the pressure of energy conservation in communication machine buildings is increasing.The refrigeration system of traditional communication buildings is mostly composed of water-cooled chillers,cooling towers,and specialized air conditioning for chilled water type machine rooms.This article analyzes the reasons for the high energy consumption of traditional communication building water-cooled cold water refrigeration systems from the perspectives of refrigeration principles and fluid mechanics,and formulates feasible optimization measures accordingly.By optimizing the operating modes and parameter settings of each component of the refrigeration system,the PUE pressure drop is achieved,achieving the goal of reducing the energy consumption of the refrigeration system.
