摘要
旨在设计一种针对农业温室控制系统结合互联网无线通信技术实现远程控制的方式。系统采用4G/5G转485通信装置模块,能够实现PLC与远程终端的无线通信连接。根据温室控制需求设计相关硬件模块,建立优化合理的控制系统框架。根据温室控制功能要求,设计PLC控制流程方案,结合MCGS模块和组态王软件,制作双监控人机交互界面。经测试该系统具备远程通信功能,控制系统功能可行,系统灵活性高,能较好实现智慧农业温室现场和远程的双运行监控模式。
This paper aims to design a greenhouse control system that utilizes Internet wireless communication technology for remote control of agricultural greenhouses.The system adopts a 4G/5G to 485 communication device module,which can achieve wireless communication connection between PLC and remote terminal system.Design relevant hardware modules according to the requirements of greenhouse control,and establish an optimized and reasonable control system framework.According to the requirements of greenhouse control function,the system designs a PLC control process plan,and then combines the MCGS module and KingView software to create a dual monitoring human-machine interaction interface.After testing,the system has remote communication function,and the control system function is feasible.
