RFID技术在集装箱自动化堆场中的应用

摘要 集装箱自动化堆场对入场作业车辆信息的准确识别是堆场作业顺利运行的前提。为此,引入无线射频识别技术(RFID)组建自动化堆场车辆识别系统,车辆识别系统由箱区通道识别系统、轨道吊识别系统和软件系统组成,通过读卡系统、触发系统以及处理器等其他系统的配合,实现作业过程中车辆信息自动识别。实际运行测试显示,自动化集装箱堆场车辆信息整体识别准确率可达98%以上。 The accurate recognition of vehicle information in container automated yard is the prerequisite for the smooth operation of yard operations.Therefore,radio frequency identification technology(RFID)is introduced to set up an automated yard vehicle recognition system.The vehicle recognition system is composed of a container area channel recognition system,a rail crane recognition system and a software system.Through the cooperation of card reading system,trigger system and processor and other systems,the vehicle information automatic recognition is realized in the operation process.The actual operation test shows that the overall recognition accuracy of vehicle information in automated container yard can reach more than 98%.
