压气站机组设备控制系统国产化改造技术研究

关键装置控制系统国产化关系到国家安全和产业安全,基于中控技术股份有限公司T9100压缩机控制系统(下文简称“T9100系统”)在国家管网集团川气东送天然气管道有限公司某压气站GE PCL503型压缩机组控制系统国产化改造中,实现了机组的防喘振控制、性能控制、润滑油系统控制、阀门控制、启停机控制及联锁保护等功能。改造过程注重全面推进、难点突破,初步解决了压气站进口机组设备控制系统长期受制于人的问题。该系统的成功运用,充分验证GE PCL503型压缩机组控制系统国产化升级替换的可行性和T9100系统的先进性。有助于提升我国机组行业国产控制系统的技术水平和市场竞争力。

The localization of key device control systems is related to national and industrial security.This article is based on the T9100 compressor control system of Zhongkong Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the T9100 system)and the localizational transformation of the GE PCL503 compressor unit control system at a compressor station of Chuandong Natural Gas Pipeline Co.,Ltd.of the national pipeline network group.T9100 system achieves functions such as anti-surge control,performance control,lubricating oil system control,valve control,start-stop control,and interlock protection for the unit.Its transformation process focuses on comprehensive promotion and breakthroughs in difficulties.T9100 system preliminarily release the long-term human constraints on the control system of imported unit equipment in the compressor station.The successful application of this system fully verifies the feasibility of the localization upgrade and replacement of the control system of GE PCL503 compressor unit and the progressiveness of the T9100 system,which is good to enhance the technical level and market competitiveness of domestic control systems in China's unit industry.
