摘要
超声波测距在日常生活中有着广泛的应用,尤其在工业当中更为突出。为了解决传统的测距方法在抗干扰性和测量精度等方面都有所不足的问题,提出了一种基于虚拟仪器平台的超声测距系统。该虚拟仪器平台由LabVIEW软件结合NI公司出品的多功能数据采集设备USB-6259组成,测距系统的硬件电路由超声波发射电路、超声波接收电路以及温度测量电路组成。通过在软件平台上设计采集程序,使用数据采集设备采集超声回波信号,并在此平台上完成后续数据显示、波形数据保存等功能,最后在Matlab当中完成了回波信号的二次滤波,在此基础上重点讨论了基于互相关法的测距算法,并通过实验验证了算法的可行性和精度。
In order to address the shortcomings of traditional ranging methods in terms of anti-interference and measurement accuracy,this paper proposes an ultrasonic ranging system based on a virtual instrument platform.The virtual instrument platform is composed of LabVIEW software combined with the multifunctional data acquisition device USB-6259 produced by NI company.The hardware circuit of the ranging system consists of ultrasonic emission circuit,ultrasonic receiving circuit,and temperature measurement circuit.By designing a collection program on the software platform,using data collection equipment to collect ultrasonic echo signals,and completing subsequent functions such as data display and waveform data storage on this platform,the secondary filtering of echo signals is finally completed in Matlab.Based on this,the distance measurement algorithm based on cross-correlation method is discussed in detail,and the feasibility and accuracy of the algorithm are verified through experiments.
