摘要
通过分析PID控制原理以及阶跃响应,熟悉PID算法,利用电路相关知识独立详细分析模拟PID调节卡电路,更进一步了解PID的设计思路,参照模拟PID的设计,在了解数字化方法的基础上,自行进行数字化PID算法的程序设计,实现PID模块封装,易于采用不同的DCS或者PLC进行PID控制设计。
By analyzing the principle of PID control and step response,familiarizing oneself with the PID algorithm,utilizing circuit related knowledge to independently and in detail analyze the analog PID control card circuit,further understanding the design concept of PID,referring to the design of analog PID,and based on understanding digital methods,independently designing the digital PID algorithm program,achieving PID module packaging,making it easy to use different DCS or PLC for PID control design.
