基于STM32单片机的基站智能监控系统的设计

摘要 通信基站的机房设备密集,机房温度过高以及蓄电池电压波动过大都会对系统运行产生很大的不良影响。设计了一个基站智能监控系统,以STM32单片机作为控制核心,采用DS18B20单总线温度传感器监测机房温度,当温度超过上下限温度时会自动启动空调降温或升温;采用OV7670摄像模块监测机房环境,当温度超过设置上限会自动拍照;采用单片机自带A/D转换器实时监测蓄电池电压,当蓄电池过充或充电不足时能够报警,并启动相应的放电回路及充电回路进行放电及充电;通过ESP8266模块远程连接手机,可通过手机APP远程监控机房工作状态,设置温度及蓄电池电压上下限,并手动抓拍机房图片。 An intelligent monitoring system for base station is designed,which uses STM32 microcontroller as the control core and DS18B20 single bus temperature sensor to monitor the temperature of the machine room.When the temperature exceeds the upper and lower limits,the air conditioner will automatically start cooling or heating up.The OV7670 camera module is used to monitor the environment of the computer room.When the temperature exceeds the set upper limit,it will automatically take pictures.The MCU with A/D converter is used to monitor the battery voltage in real time.When the battery is overcharged or under charged,it can alarm,and start the corresponding discharge circuit and charging circuit to discharge and charge.Connect the mobile phone remotely through the esp8266 module,monitor the working state of the computer room remotely through the mobile phone app,set the upper and lower limits of temperature and battery voltage,and manually capture the pictures of the computer room.
