摘要
烟草制丝线风选除杂风机多为定频运行,存在能源浪费问题。通过对烟叶批次生产的各阶段风选除杂机及其上下游设备启停逻辑的分析,总结出风选除杂机PLC与主线PLC必要的通信数据结构,以及风选除杂机基于“过料”“暂停过料”“空闲”三种运行模式的风机变频控制逻辑。风选除杂风机变频控制程序应用后,风机降频时机恰当,无堵料风险,节能效果显著。
Most of the air separation and impurity removal fans for tobacco silk production lines operate at a fixed frequency,which has the problem of energy waste.This paper analyzes the startup and stop logic of the air separation and impurity removal machines and their upstream and downstream equipment at each stage of tobacco leaf batch production,and summarizes the necessary communication data structure between the air separation and impurity removal machine PLC and the main line PLC,and the air separation and impurity removal machine based on the frequency conversion control logic of the fan in the three operating modes of"feeding","pausing feeding"and"idle".After the frequency conversion control program of the air separation and impurity removal fan is applied,the timing of fan frequency reduction is appropriate,there is no risk of material blocking,and the energy saving effect is significant.
