摘要
“材料成形过程计算机建模与仿真”教学是材料成形及控制工程专业的一门重要专业基础课,旨在培养学生对复杂成形过程的分析能力、创新能力、团队协作能力和工程应用能力。然而,由于材料成形过程涉及材料力学、金属物理力学、数学、计算机编程等多学科知识,其理论模型抽象,对学生学习兴趣和学习效果都有一定的影响。因此,教学过程中需要采用多种手段对教学内容和教学方式进行改革。以“材料成形过程计算机建模与仿真”教学为例,提出了相关教学改革措施。
Computer modeling and simulation teaching of material forming process is an important basic course for material forming and control engineering majors,which aims to cultivate students’ability of analysis,innovation,teamwork and engineering application of complex forming process.However,because the material forming process involves multi-disciplinary knowledge such as material mechanics,metal physics mechanics,mathematics and computer programming,its theoretical model is abstract,which has a certain impact on students’learning interest and learning effect.Therefore,the teaching process needs to adopt a variety of means to reform the teaching content and teaching methods.Taking computer modeling and simulation teaching of material forming process as an example,this paper puts forward some teaching reform measures.
