摘要
新工科视野下的军事工程教育,需同时高标准达到工程教育专业要求和军事职业特殊需求。对强军新工科的能力目标进行了解析,并以面向装备技术的工程能力培养为产出目标,分析了现行课程教学体系对工程能力培养贡献度偏弱的症结,提出了“四梁八柱”框架,完善培养体系;贯彻理实融合理念,改进课堂教学方法;以先行先试为抓手,提高教师的工程能力;以一体化保障为条件,打造先进多层次实践创新环境,从而实现工程素质大幅提高的总体思路。在部分课程中进行了尝试,取得了预期的效果。
The high standards of professional engineering education requirements and the special demands of military professions.This paper analyzes the capability objectives of the new engineering for a strong military and,with the cultivation of engineering capabilities oriented towards equipment technology as the output goal,examines the weaknesses in the current curriculum teaching system’s contribution to engineering capability development.A“four beams and eight columns”framework is proposed to improve the training system;the concept of integrating theory and practice is implemented to improve classroom teaching methods;taking the lead in trial and error is used as a means to enhance teachers’engineering capabilities;and creating an advanced multi-level practical and innovative environment is conditioned by integrated support,thereby achieving the overall idea of significantly improving engineering quality.Attempts have been made in some courses,and the expected results have been achieved.
