摘要
新时代要求进一步创新研究生的人才培养方式改革,以研究生的品质养成与专业成长为中心,努力构建三维研究生导学思政培养机制,主要包括具体化课程思政的建设目标、体现特色的课程思政建设方向和重点、课程思政教学的激励手段、形成迭代升级的导学团队研讨机制。为了实施上述机制打造“一核两翼三融合”的研究生导学思政育人模式,提出研究生线上线下混合教学模式。其特点是在关键研究路径上挖掘思政元素并融入规范的表达教学,包括具有中国经济和管理特点的科学问题、研究综述、概念框架和技术路线,有助于农业院校导师对研究生实施导学思政教学。
The new era requires further innovation in the reform of talent training methods for postgraduates,this research focuses on the quality cultivation and professional growth of graduate students,and strives to build a three-dimensional guiding ideological and political teaching mechanism for graduate students,which mainly includes the concrete goal of curriculum ideology and politics construction,the direction and focus of curriculum ideology and politics construction that reflects the characteristics,the incentive means of curriculum ideology and politics,and the formation of an iterative and upgraded research mechanism for the guidance team.In order to implement the above mechanism and create an ideological and political education model of“one core,two wings and three integration”,a blended offline and online teaching model for graduate students is proposed.Its characteristic is to excavate ideological and political elements in the key research path and integrate them into standardized expression teaching,including scientific issues,research summaries,conceptual frameworks and technical routes with Chinese economic and management characteristics.The above research is helpful for agricultural college instructors to implement the guidance of ideological and political education for graduate students.
