新时代研究生“六位一体”协同管理模式探析——以山东农业大学资源与环境学院为例

Analyse on the“Six in One”Collaborative Management Mode of Graduate Students in the New Era:Taking the College of Resources and Environment of Shandong Agricultural University as an Example

随着研究生不断扩招,研究生教育管理面临着新情况、新问题和新挑战。从山东农业大学资源与环境学院研究生教育管理的实际工作出发,以研究生辅导员的视角对新时代研究生教育管理进行探索与思考,将研究生的党支部、团支部、班级、研究生会、导学团队秘书、课题组(团队)安全管理员作为研究生教育管理重要抓手,进行六级联动,协同管理,并创新性提出“六位一体”协同管理模式,为门类多、跨度大的多学科学院研究生教育管理提供参考。

With the continuous enrollment expansion of graduate students,graduate education management is facing new situations,new problems and new challenges.Based on the practical work experience of graduate education management in College of Resources and Environment,Shandong Agricultural University,this paper explores the graduate education management in the new era from the perspective of graduate counselors,taking the graduate student Party branch,league branch,class,postgraduate association,secretary of graduate student guidance team,and security administrator of research group(team)as an important starting point of graduate education management,carries out six-level linkage and collaborative management,and innovatively puts forward the“six in one”collaborative management mode.The practical results provide a reference for graduate education management in multi-disciplinary college with many categories and large spans.
