摘要
师范生教学技能自主训练是培养师范生教学能力不可或缺的手段。以问卷调查的形式对陕西学前师范学院数学与应用数学专业在校生,以及近三年毕业生进行教学技能自主训练的现状和效果进行调查与研究。调查问卷包含师范生对教学技能自主训练的认知情况、实施现状、效果调查三部分内容,将收回的309份有效问卷进行描述性统计和相关性分析,结果表明,师范生存在对自主训练认知不足、实践活动参与程度较低等问题。从师范生自身、指导教师、培养单位等方面,提出加强师范生教学技能自主训练的建议,以提高师范生培养质量。
Independent training of teaching skills of normal university students is an indispensable means to cultivate their teaching ability.In this paper,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the status quo and effect of independent training of teaching skills for students majoring in mathematics and applied mathematics in a normal university in Shaanxi Province.The questionnaire consists of three parts:the cognition,the implementation and the effect of the independent training of teaching skills.The collected 309 papers are analyzed by descriptive statistics and correlation analysis and the results show that there are some problems,such as insufficient cognition of independent training and low participation in practice.In order to improve the training quality of normal university students,some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the independent training of normal university students’skills.
