卓越工程师培养背景下高校本科生科技创新能力提升路径

Research on the Path to Enhance the Technological Innovation Ability of Undergraduate Students in Universities under the Background of Engineering Master’s and Doctoral Training

摘要 培养卓越工程师后备人才已成为新时代高等教育的重要使命,深入实施工程硕博士培养改革专项试点,努力建设一支爱党报国、敬业奉献、具有突出技术创新能力、善于解决复杂工程问题的工程师队伍,是我国加快培育卓越工程师队伍的一项重大战略。工程硕博士的综合素质和能力水平,在一定程度上取决于其本科阶段科技创新能力的培养和提升过程。现阶段,在大力培养工程硕博士的新生态下,高校可以通过优化育人体系、强化实践参与、推进产教融合、探索本研贯通等方面进一步培养和提升本科生科技创新能力,建设系统化育人体系,进一步提升卓越工程师的培养质量和水平。 Cultivating excellent engineers has become an important mission of higher education in the new era,and it is a major strategy for China to carry out a special pilot project for reforming the cultivation of engineering masters and doctors and strive to build a team of engineers who love the Party,serve the country,are dedicated to their work,have outstanding technological innovation ability,and are good at solving complex engineering problems.The comprehensive quality and ability level of engineering masters and doctors,to a certain extent,depends on the process of cultivating and upgrading their scientific and technological innovation ability at the undergraduate stage.At this stage,under the new ecology of vigorously cultivating engineering master and doctoral degrees,colleges and universities can further cultivate and enhance the scientific and technological innovation ability of undergraduates by optimizing the cultivation system,strengthening the practice participation,promoting the integration of industry and education,and exploring the integration of the study and research,etc.,and constructing a systematic cultivation system,so as to further enhance the quality and level of cultivation of excellent engineers.
