摘要
任职理论培训课程为提高机务军官岗位任职能力奠定了坚实的装备理论基础,但是随着部队岗位职责和装备技术形态的不断变化,传统任职理论培训模式亟须改革。结合“飞行控制系统”教学实际,从修订课程教学目标出发,始终秉持“源于部队、服务作战”的教学理念;通过优化改革,形成了“理论—装备—作战”一体的教学内容体系;采用多维协同的教学组织模式,创新凝练了“五步递进教学法”进行课堂教学;同时构建了包括实装和飞行模拟的实践教学环境,教学效果显著提升。课程改革实践可以为相关任职理论培训课程教学改革提供参考。
The post education theoretical training course lays a solid theoretical foundation for improving the position ability of maintenance officers.With the continuous change of position responsibility and equipment technology form,the traditional training mode of post education theoretical training needs to be reformed urgently.Considering the teaching practice of flight control system,starting from revising the teaching objectives of the course,adhering to the teaching concept of from the army and service operations the teaching content system is formed including theory,equipment and combat though optimization and reform.Using the multi-dimensional cooperative teaching organization mode,the five-step progressive teaching method is innovatively condensed.At the same time,a practical teaching environment including real equipment and flight simulation is constructed,and the teaching effect is significantly improved,which can provide reference for the teaching reform of relevant post education theoretical training courses.
