专利与标准融合现状分析及路径研究——以四川省为例

Analysis of the Current Status and Research on the Path of Integration of Patents and Standards——A Case Study of Sichuan Province

本研究以专利与标准融合的现实问题为导向,通过对四川省专利与标准融合的现状进行全面分析,总结了当前融合过程中存在的主要问题与挑战,在此基础上从融合全过程、融合策略和融合机制三个层面系统思考专利与标准融合路径的实现,以及推动专利与标准融合高质量发展的建议,为解决目前开展融合工作的现实问题提供理论依据与实践引导。

This paper focuses on the practical problems of integration of patents and standards.Through analyzing the current situation and existing problems of integration of patents and standards in Sichuan province,three levels of the implementation are proposed based on the entire integration process,integration strategy and integration mechanism to solve the current practical problems,The paper also puts forward ideas and suggestions for promoting high-quality development of integration of patents and standards,providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for carrying out integration of patents and standards.
