区域标准化创新与实践——以粤港澳大湾区为例

Innovation and Practice of Regional Standardization——Taking the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as an Example

本文围绕区域标准化工作实践为主题,总结欧盟、京津冀、长三角、中国—东盟等区域标准化建设经验,对粤港澳大湾区的区域标准化工作进行研究,分析粤港澳大湾区开展区域标准化工作的特色和难点,创新提出“湾区标准”创新机制,为我国开展区域标准化工作、推动技术标准引领产业走出去提供经验借鉴与参考。

Focusing on the practice of regional standardization,this paper summarizes the experience of regional standardization construction in the European Union,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the Yangtze River Delta,the China-ASEAN region,and other regions.It studies the regional standardization work in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA),analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of regional standardization in the GBA,and proposes the innovation mechanism of“GBA Standards”,so as to provide experience and reference for China to carry out regional standardization work and promote technical standards to lead the industry to go global.
