重点消费品质量关键性指标及安全风险管控研究

Research on Key Quality Indicators and Safety Risk Control of Key Consumer Goods

消费品质量安全直接关系到消费者的切身利益,关乎人民群众的健康和安全。我国的消费品质量安全风险管控方法和程序尚不完善,制约了消费品质量进一步提升。本文阐述了我国消费品安全风险管控的基本情况,对毛巾、卫生用纸制品、木制家具等河北省重点消费品的产品质量监督抽查情况进行了分析,剖析存在潜在安全风险的关键性指标及质量安全因子,立足产品全生命周期为消费品质量安全风险管理以及质量提升提供了建议。

The quality and safety of consumer goods is directly related to the interests of consumers as well as the health and safety of the people.However,the methods and procedures for quality and safety risk control of consumer goods in China are still imperfect,which restricts further improvement in product quality.This paper provides an overview of safety risk control of consumer goods in China,analyzes product quality supervision and random inspection of Hebei’s key consumer products such as towels,sanitary paper products,and wooden furniture.It also analyzes key indicators of potential safety risks and quality safety factors,offering suggestions for quality safety risk management and quality improvement of consumer goods based on the whole life cycle ofproducts.
