摘要
通过研究质量信息传递,本文提出我国食品质量安全信息传递存在的主要问题,一是检测手段落后,信息不准不及时;二是认证市场不规范,认证质量不高;三是食品安全追溯体系基础条件差;四是食品标签标注混乱;五是缺乏风险评估和消费警示机制;六是教育和培训体系不健全等。
Through the research on quality information transmission,this paper identifies the main issues in the transmission of food quality and safety information in China:outdated detection methods with inaccurate and untimely information,the non-standardized certification market and low-quality certification,poor basic conditions for food safety traceability system,confusing food labels,lack of risk assessment and consumer warning mechanisms,as well as the inadequate education and training system.
