关于医用压缩式雾化器最大雾化率检测方法的探讨

Discussion on the Detection Method of Maximum Atomization Rate of Medical Compression Atomizers

最大雾化率是医用压缩式雾化器的关键性能指标,决定了药液雾化效率和患者依从性,直接影响实际治疗效果。目前我国医用压缩式雾化器并没有对应的国家和行业标准,最大雾化率的测定没有标准方法可参考。本文采用量筒法和称量法并结合拨片的不同开合位置,分别对医用压缩式雾化器雾化速率进行测定。通过对测定结果进行分析和比较,探讨两种方法的优劣点,以及拨片的不同开合位置对测量结果的影响,为制定国家、行业标准以及国家技术规范提供参考,也可供从事医用压缩式雾化器检测和研究的相关人员参考。

The maximum atomization rate is a key performance indicator of medical compression atomizers,which determines the efficiency of drug atomization and patient compliance,directly affecting the actual treatment effect.At present,there are no corresponding national or industry standard for medical compression nebulizers in China,and there is no standard method for determining the maximum atomization rate for reference.This paper uses the cylinder method and weighing method,combined with different opening and closing positions of the paddle,to measure the atomization rate of medical compression atomizers.By analyzing and comparing the measurement results,this paper explores the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods,as well as the impact of different opening and closing positions of the paddle on the measurement results.It provides reference for the development of national and sectoral standards,as well as national technical specifications,which can also serve as a reference for personnel engaged in testing and research of medical compression atomizers.
