耳穴压豆联合火龙罐对稽留流产患者术后疼痛、负性情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of Auricular Pressure Combined with Fire Dragon Cupping Therapy on Postoperative Pain,Negative Emotion and Quality of Life in Patients with Missed Abortion

目的观察稽留流产患者术后给予耳穴压豆联合火龙罐治疗后腹痛、身体不适症状、生活质量、焦虑、抑郁情绪的变化。方法选择2022年9月—2023年9月就诊于深圳市中西医结合医院的60例稽留流产术后患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法均分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予肌肉注射缩宫素20 U,qd,连用3 d,观察组在此基础上用耳穴压豆联合火龙罐疗法,评估两组患者身体不适症状、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和生活质量。结果术后2周,对照组下腹痛发生率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后8 h、术后2周,对照组患者感觉身体不适的中位数高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2周,对照组患者SAS评分、SDS评分中位数高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者生活质量的中位数低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合火罐疗法在稽留流产患者术后疼痛、负性情绪及生活质量方面呈现出积极的效果,可为稽留流产患者提供全面的康复支持。

Objective To observe the changes of abdominal pain,physical discomfort symptoms,quality of life,anxiety and depression in women with missed miscarriage after postoperative treatment with auricular pressure combined with the fi re dragon cupping therapy.Methods Select 60 cases of missed abortion patients who were hospitalized in the gynecology department of Shenzhen Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine from September 2022 to September 2023 as the research subjects.They were evenly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given intramuscular oxytocin 20 U,qd,for 3 days.On this basis,auricular pressure combined with the fi re dragon cupping therapy were added in the observation group.Symptoms of physical discomfort,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score,and quality of life were assessed.Results Two weeks post-operation,the incidence of lower abdominal pain in the control group was higher than in the observation group,with a statistically signifi cant diff erence(P<0.05).At 8 hours post-operation and 2 weeks post-operation,the median level of discomfort in the control group patients was higher than that in the observation group,with a statistically signifi cant diff erence(P<0.05).Two weeks post-operation,the median SAS and SDS scores of the control group patients were higher than those of the observation group,with a statistically signifi cant diff erence(P<0.05).The median quality of life of the control group patients was lower than that of the observation group,with a statistically signifi cant diff erence(P<0.05).Conclusions Auricular pressure combined with the fi re dragon cupping therapy has shown positive eff ects on postoperative pain,negative emotions and quality of life in patients with missed miscarriage and provides comprehensive rehabilitation support for patients with missed miscarriage.
