摘要
“互联网+”的概念重塑了高等教育的教学方式,尤其在管理学课程中影响显著。在“互联网+”背景下,管理学课程面临着企业需求与课程设置脱节、跨学科整合不足以及实际操作与案例研究缺失的问题。针对这些挑战,文章提出了创新策略,包括与互联网企业合作、融入数据驱动决策、推广灵活学习模式及重视软技能培养,旨在优化管理学课程,满足现代教育需求。
The concept of"Internet+"has reshaped the teaching methods of higher education,especially in management courses.In the context of"Internet+",management courses are faced with problems such as the disconnection between enterprise needs and curriculum settings,insufficient interdisciplinary integration,and the lack of practical operation and case studies.In response to these challenges,the paper proposes innovative strategies,including cooperation with Internet enterprises,integration of data-driven decision-making,promotion of flexible learning models,and emphasis on soft skill development,aiming to optimize management courses and meet the needs of modern education.
