职教精神视域下高职院校“双师”型教师团队培养路径探索

在职教精神视域下,高职院校针对教师团队的培养可以将工匠精神与“双师”型教师的培育进行融合。职业教育工作的开展以工匠技艺的传承为基础,培育学生的各项能力,因此从定位的角度上看“双师”型教师的培育与职教精神的融合可以达到完美的效果。“双师”型教师在培育的过程中既要提高其理论基础,也要提高其技能水平,这样教师在教育教学工作落实上才能使课堂教学更加精湛。“双师”型教师的培育可以使现代化职业教育得到新的发展,这有利于提高我国职业教育工作开展的质量和水平。
