职业本科院校在职业教育水平、职业人才质量等方面具有显著的教育优势。依托产教融合及校企合作的职业本科院校教育体系建设,要在明确深度融合发展教育优势的基础上,进一步合作发展布局及育人培养思路拓展构建教育新生态,并基于对搭建线上教育合作平台、加强教师驻岗实训指导、建立岗位实训与教学实践教育互补育人机制等基础策略的运用,提升职业本科院校的职业人才培养实效性,实现对产教融合、校企合作背景下职业本科院校综合育人培养教育能力的有效强化。

Vocational undergraduate colleges have significant educational advantages in terms of vocational education level and professional talent quality.The construction of the vocational undergraduate education system relying on the integration of industry and education,as well as the cooperation between schools and enterprises,should be based on clarifying the advantages of deep integration development education,further expanding the layout of cooperative development and cultivating ideas to build a new education ecosystem.Based on the application of basic strategies such as building an online education cooperation plaform,strengthening teacher on-the-job training guidance,and establishing a complementary education mechanism between job training and teaching practice education,enhance the effectiveness of vocational talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate colleges,and effectively strengthen the comprehensive education and training capabilities of vocational undergraduate colleges in the context of industry education integration and school-enterprise cooperation.
