Practice and Exploration on Bringing into Play the Vanguard and Exemplary Role of Party Member Teachers and Students in Mathematical Modeling

河南工程学院数学建模指导教师团队在理学院党委的领导下,充分发挥师生党员先锋模范作用,打造了一支特别能战斗的党员师生队伍。通过积极探索、团结协作、踔厉奋发、勇攀高峰,打造党建工作品牌,发挥基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用。党员教师用党员的身份激励其他教师,党员教师用无私奉献的精神激发学生的学习热情,坚持问题导向,改革数学建模教学模式。党员教师勇挑心理辅导职责,稳定学生队伍,近几年来的数学建模成绩保持在河南省前列。

Under the leadership of the Party Committee of School of Science,the mathematical modeling team of Henan University of Engineering gives full play to the pioneering and exemplary role of the Party members and teachers,and creates a special team of Party members and teachers who can fight.By actively exploring,uniting and cooperating,forging ahead with enterprise and fortitude,and scaling new heights,the brand of Party building work can be built,so as to play the role of the basic-level Party organization as a fighting fortress.Party member teachers motivate other teachers with their Party member identities,stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning with the spirit of selfless dedication,adhere to the problem orientation,and reform the mathematical modeling teaching mode.They bravely take on the responsibility of psychological counseling,stabilize the student team,and maintain the forefront of mathematical modeling results in Henan Province in recent years.
