摘要
1+X书证融通工作的核心是将院校的专业教学标准与职业技能等级标准相融合,提高人才培养质量及效率,为培养符合专业发展及社会需要的技术技能人才提供保障。在1+X书证融通模式下对应用型本科院校工程造价专业进行课程教学改革,可促进人才培养方案的优化与调整,推动职业技能要求与课程教学内容交叉融合,丰富教学资源库信息,深化理论与实践课程教学方法与考评模式改革,进而实现工程造价专业学生综合素质水平、师资队伍建设质量等方面的稳步提升,推动应用型人才培养落地落实。
The core of 1+X diploma-professional certificates combination work is the integration of professional teaching standards and vocational skill level standards,improving the quality and efficiency of talent training,and providing guarantees for technical skll personnel in line with professional development and social needs.Reforming the course teaching of engineering cost major in application-oriented undergraduate colleges under the 1+X diploma-professional certificates combination mode can promote the optimization of talent training plan and adjustment,push forward the crossintegration of vocational skills requirements and course teaching content,enrich the teaching resource information,deepen the reform of the teaching method and evaluation mode of theory and practice courses.Thus,the comprehensive quality level of engineering cost major students and the quality of teaching staff construction can be steadily improved,which promotes application-oriented talent training implementation to come true.
