摘要
通过对医学教育现状的深入分析,揭示出医学研究生教育面临的五大问题。提出了导师引领下的医学硕士生分层培养模式,深入探讨了其背后的理念。在策略实施上,分层教学中的职责被明确划分,尤其强调了导师与高年级学生的关键角色。为确保此模式的高效实施,建立了一套完善的培训计划,并引入定期的成果汇报与全面的评估机制。这不仅确保了教学任务的明确分配,还使得整个培养系统能够根据反馈进行持续优化。此培养模式为医学教育改革提供了新的视角和方法。
Through an in-depth analysis of the current situation of medical education,five major problems facing graduate medical education are revealed.And a tutor-led hierarchical training model for medical master students is proposed,with an in-depth discussion of the philosophy behind it.In the implementation of the strategy,the responsibilities in stratified teaching are clearly delineated,especially emphasizing the key roles of mentors and senior students.To ensure the efficient implementation of this model,a comprehensive training program was established,and regular reporting of results and a comprehensive evaluation mechanism were introduced.This not only ensures a clear distribution of tasks,but also allows for continuous optimization of the training system based on feedback.This training model provides new perspectives and methods for medical education reform.
