发伤患者创伤后应激障碍现状及其对生活质量的影响

Status of post-traumatic stress disorder in patients with multiple injuries and its impact on quality of life

目的探讨多发伤患者创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)现状及其对生活质量的影响,为促进患者心理健康、提高生活质量提供参考。方法采用一般资料调查表、PTSD平民版量表、简明生活质量量表对郑州大学第二附属医院重症医学科126例多发伤患者进行调查。结果多发伤患者PTSD总分为(43.95±11.39)分(范围:17~85分),生活质量总分为(69.45±10.39)分(范围:0~100分)。Pearson相关分析显示,PTSD总分及各维度得分与生活质量总分均呈负相关(P<0.01);分层回归分析显示,创伤后应激障碍是多发伤患者生活质量的重要预测因子,可独立解释生活质量的10.3%的变异。结论PTSD是多发伤患者生活质量的重要影响因素,临床工作人员可通过降低患者创伤后应激障碍,提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the status quo of post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)in patients with multiple injuries and its influence on quality of life,so as to provide reference for promoting mental health and improving quality of life of patients.Methods Totally 126 patients with multiple injuries were investigated by general data questionnaire,civilian scale of post-traumatic stress disorder and abbreviated quality of life scale.Results The total score of post-traumatic emergency disorder was(43.95±11.39)(Range:17~85)points,and the total score of quality of life was(69.45±10.39)(Range:17~85)points.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of PTSD and the scores of all dimensions were negatively correlated with the total score of quality of life(P<0.01).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that post-traumatic stress disorder was an important predictor of quality of life in patients with multiple injuries,independently explaining 10.3%of the variation in quality of life.Conclusion Post-traumatic stress disorder is an important factor affecting the quality of life of patients with multiple injuries.Clinical staff can improve the quality of life of patients with multiple injuries by reducing post-traumatic stress disorder.
