摘要
从未病先防和已病防变两方面对《饮膳正要》中的饮食养生思想进行梳理和总结,认为《饮膳正要》着重从四时食养、有所宜忌,饮食有忌、因人而异,饮食有节、食味无嗜,病从口入、选材有忌四方面论述了未病先防的“食养”思想,选材制作、注重补中,患病期间、食疗避忌的“食疗”思想,为中医“治未病”理论与传统饮食养生思想相结合,形成具有中国特色“食养食疗”模式的研究提供理论依据。
The paper sorted out and generalized the thinking of health maintenance with diet in Yinshan Zhengyao(Principles of Correct Diet)from the aspects of prevention before the disease and prevention of the changes of the disease.The thinking of health maintenance with diet,selection of food and making,and the emphasis on strengthening the middle energizer are stated in the classics from health maintenance with diet in four seasons,advisable and inadvisable food,inadvisable food varying with the people,abstinence from food and no bias towards flavor,food hygiene,avoiding the contraindicated food,meanwhile,the thinking of health main-tenance with diet during the course of illness,and the taboos in food therapy could provide theoretical references for the study on"health maintenance with diet and food therapy"with Chinese characteristics,formed by com-bining TCM therapy of"preventive treatment of disease"and traditional thinking of health maintenance with food.
