引阳入阴按摩联合中药熏洗对睡眠质量的影响

Impacts of"Leading Yang into Yin"Massage Combined with Herbal Fumigation on the Quality of Sleep

目的:观察引阳入阴按摩联合中药熏洗对睡眠质量的影响。方法:将80例失眠患者随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予常规治疗、护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用引阳入阴按摩联合中药熏洗疗法;观察两组干预前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)与抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分,对比临床疗效、护理工作满意度。结果:两组干预前PSQI、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组PSQI与SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率[87.5%(35/40)]高于对照组[72.5%(29/40)](P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率[95.0%(38/40)]高于对照组[77.5%(31/40)](P<0.05)。结论:引阳入阴按摩联合中药熏洗疗法可改善睡眠质量,提高生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effects of"leading Yang into Yin"massage in combination with herbal fumigation on the quality of sleep.Methods:Eighty patients were randomized into two groups with 40 cases in each group,routine therapy and nursing was administered to the control group,while the observation group accepted"leading Yang into Yin"massage in combination with herbal fumigation.To survey PSQI and SDS scores before and after the intervention between both groups,to compare clinical effects and nursing satisfaction.Results:The difference had no statistical meaning in PSQI and SDS between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05);after the intervention,PSQI and SDS scores of the observation group were obviously lower than these of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).Total effective rate of the observation group was[87.5%(35/40)],higher than[72.5%(29/40)]of the control group(P<0.05).Total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was[95.0%(38/40)],higher than[77.5%(31/40)]of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Leading Yang into Yin"massage and herbal fumigation could improve the quality of sleep and life.
