219例Ⅱ~Ⅳ期混合痔患者面诊特征参数分析

Analysis of the Parameters of Facial Diagnosis of 219 Patients with StageⅡto IV Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的:探讨不同证型、不同分期混合痔患者的面象特征差异。方法:收集219例混合痔患者,采用舌面一体仪记录并分析219例患者的面象特征数据,比较不同证型、不同分期的面象差异。结果:面色方面:1)脾虚气陷证面色亮度较低,风伤肠络证面色色调较高;2)Ⅱ期面色亮度较低,Ⅲ期面色色调较高;3)风伤肠络证以黄色[43.75%(14/32)]最为多见,湿热下注证以黄色[63.39%(71/112)]最为多见,气滞血瘀证以青色[39.39%(13/33)]最为多见,脾虚气陷证以白色[47.62%(20/42)]最为多见(P<0.05);4)Ⅱ期混合痔中以黄色[54.79%(40/73)]最为多见,Ⅲ期混合痔中黄色[50.38%(66/131)]最为多见,IV期混合痔中以青色[53.33%(8/15)]最为多见。面部光泽方面:1)风伤肠络证、湿热下注证以有光泽最为多见;气滞血瘀证、脾虚气陷证以少光泽最为多见(P<0.05);2)Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期以有光泽最为多见,Ⅳ期以少光泽最为多见(P<0.05)。结论:混合痔患者中,风伤肠络证、湿热下注证最容易出现面色黄色,气滞血瘀证面色青色为主,脾虚气陷证面色白色为主;Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期均以黄色为多,Ⅳ期以青色为多;风伤肠络证、湿热下注证有光泽;Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期有光泽。

Objective:To explore the differences in facial characteristics of patients with mixed hemorrhoids of different syndromes at different stages.Methods:The data of facial characteristics of 219 patients were collected,recorded and analyzed using tongue-face integrator,to compare the differences in facial characteristics of patients with mixed hemorrhoids of different syndromes at different stages.Results:Complexion:1)lower facial brightness was seen in spleen deficiency and sunken Qi pattern,while higher color tone was found in wind hurting intestinal tract pattern;2)facial brightness was lower in stageⅡ,and color tone was higher at stageⅢ;3)yellow[43.75%(14/32)]was the most common in wind hurting intestinal tract pattern;yellow[63.39%(71/112)]in dampness-heat downpouring pattern,cyan[39.3%(13/33)]in Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern,and white[47.62%(20/42)]in spleen deficiency and sunken Qi pattern(all P<0.05);4)yellow[54.79%(40/73)]was the most common in stageⅡ,yellow[50.38%(66/131)]in stageⅢ,and cyan[53.33%(8/15)]in stageⅣmixed hemorrhoids.Facial Luster:1)luster was the most common in wind hurting intestinal tract pattern and dampness-heat downpouring pattern;lusterless in Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern,and spleen deficiency and sunken Qi pattern(all P<0.05);2)luster was the most common in stageⅡandⅢ,lusterless in stageⅣmixed hemorrhoids(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Among the patients with mixed hemorrhoids,yellow is most likely to occur in wind hurting intestinal tract pattern,and dampness-heat downpouring pattern,cyan is the main complexion in Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern,white is the main one in spleen deficiency and sunken Qi pattern;white is common at stageⅡandⅢ,cyan in stageⅣ;luster in wind hurting intestinal tract pattern and dampness-heat downpouring pattern;luster in stageⅡandⅢ.
