Social isolation is a serious psychological and social problem that can affect the discharge readiness and stoma adaptation of the patients with intestinal stoma,lead to increase of complication incidence rate,decrease of treatment compliance and decrease of quality of life.This article comprehensively explains the concept and influencing factors of social isolation in enterostomy patients,and provides the countermeasures and suggestions aiming at the intervention plans in order to provide reference for formulating the targeted intervention measures in the future.
