家庭复原力是指家庭面对逆境时通过积极应对,以促进家庭复原和维持家庭功能和结构稳定。该文对国内外家庭复原力在恶性肿瘤患者中的相关研究进行梳理,介绍了家庭复原力的概念、评估工具、研究现状及影响因素,并对恶性肿瘤患者的家庭复原力提出了相应的干预策略,以期为管理者或医疗机构优化更全面、更有效的服务提供参考。

Family resilience refers to the positive response of families in the face of adversity in order to promote family recovery and maintain family function and structural stability.This paper combs the related researches on family resilience in the patients with malignant tumors at home and abroad,introduces the concept of family resilience,evaluation tools,research status quo and influencing factors,and provides the corresponding intervention strategy for family resilience in the patients with malignant tumors in order to provide reference for optimizing more comprehensive and more effective service of the managers or medical institutions.
