基于医学人文教育理念的混合式教学在临床护理教学中的应用效果

摘要 目的:探讨基于医学人文教育理念的混合式教学在临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年12月在西南医科大学附属中医医院综合内科实习的73名护理实习生,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=37)和试验组(n=36)。对照组采用传统课堂理论教学和一对一临床带教,试验组采用融入医学人文教育理念的“线上+线下”混合式教学模式进行理论教学和一对一临床带教。比较两组综合成绩、教学满意度、教学效果及人文关怀品质评分。结果:两组平时成绩评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);试验组理论成绩、操作成绩、护理病历成绩及综合总成绩评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组教学总满意度、总好评率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组人文关怀理论、知识、能力、感知评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:基于医学人文教育理念的混合式教学能够有效提升护理实习生的综合成绩和教学满意度,增强其人文关怀能力,提高教师的教学水平。 Objective To explore the application effect of mixed teaching based on the concept of medical humanistic education in clinical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 73 nursing interns in Department of General Internal Medicine,the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=37)and experimental group(n=36)by random number table.The control group adopted the traditional classroom theory teaching and one-to-one clinical teaching,and the experimental group adopted the mixed teaching mode of“online+offline”integrated with the concept of medical humanism for theoretical teaching and one-to-one clinical teaching.The comprehensive scores,teaching satisfaction,teaching effect and humanistic care quality of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in normal scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The theoretical scores,operation scores,nursing scores and total scores of experimental groups were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction and praise rate of experimental group were higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The humanistic care theory,humanistic care knowledge,humanistic care ability,humanistic care perception scores and total scores of experimental groups were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Mixed teaching based on the concept of medical humanistic education can effectively improve the comprehensive performance and teaching satisfaction of clinical nursing interns,enhance their humanistic care ability,and improve the teaching level of teachers.
