摘要
目的:比较普通鼓风干燥方法、真空减压干燥方法、微波真空干燥方法对素丸、水丸、蜜丸、水蜜丸、浓缩丸的干燥效果,优化不同类型丸剂最佳的干燥时间。方法:制作素丸、水丸、蜜丸、水蜜丸、浓缩丸各20份不同患者处方样品,在成丸未干燥前进行水分考察,分别对普通鼓风干燥方法、真空减压干燥方法、微波真空干燥方法符合2020版《中华人民共和国药典》(以下简称《药典》)规定水分的干燥时间进行统计,分析并得出不同类型丸剂的最佳干燥时间。结果:通过普通鼓风干燥方法、真空减压干燥方法、微波真空干燥方法对不同类型丸剂进行干燥考察,在60℃干燥条件下,普通鼓风干燥方法中,素丸14 h、水蜜丸及蜜丸12 h、水丸14 h、浓缩丸16 h干燥后达到《药典》标准;真空减压干燥法中,素丸12 h、水蜜丸及蜜丸均10 h、水丸12 h、浓缩丸14 h干燥后达到《药典》标准;微波真空干燥方法中,素丸1 h、水蜜丸及蜜丸均0.5 h、水丸1.5 h、浓缩丸2 h干燥后达到《药典》标准。结论:不同类型中药丸剂的干燥效率,微波真空干燥方法 >真空减压干燥方法 >普通鼓风干燥方法,企业可根据丸剂实际生产情况采用不同的干燥方法。
Objective The drying effects of ordinary blast drying method,vacuum decompression drying method and microwave vacuum drying method on plain pills,water pills,honey pills,water honey pills and concentrated pills were compared,and the best drying time of different types of pills was optimized.Methods A total of 20 different patient prescription samples of plain pills,water pills,honey pills,water honey pills,and concentrated pills were prepared.The moisture investigation was performed before the pills were dried.The ordinary blast drying method,vacuum decompression drying method,and microwave vacuum drying method were used to meet the 2020 edition of the'Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China'(hereinafter referred to as the'Pharmacopoeia').The drying time of the prescribed moisture was counted,and the optimal drying time of different types of pills was analyzed and obtained.Results Different types of pills were dried by ordinary blast drying method,vacuum decompression drying method and microwave vacuum drying method.Under the 60℃of condition,in the ordinary blast drying method,the pills were dried for 14 h,honeyed pills and honeyed pills for 12 h,watered pills for 14 h,and concentrated pills for 16 h to meet the'Pharmacopoeia'standard.In the vacuum decompression drying method,the plain pill was dried for 12 h,the water honey pill and the honey pill were dried for 10 h,the water pill was dried for 12 h,and the concentrated pill was dried for 14 h to meet the'Pharmacopoeia'standard.In the microwave vacuum drying method,the plain pill 1 h,honey pill and honey pill 0.5 h,water pill 1.5 h,concentrated pill 2 h were dried to meet the'pharmacopoeia'standard.Conclusions The drying efficiency of different types of traditional Chinese medicine pills:microwave vacuum drying method>vacuum decompression drying method>ordinary blast drying method.Enterprises can adopt different drying methods according to the actual production of pills.
