心力衰竭是一种心脏功能减退性的临床综合征,严重影响患者的生活质量和预后。托拉塞米是一种新型袢利尿剂,具有更强的利尿作用,能够有效地减轻水肿症状,并且电解质紊乱风险较低。与传统袢利尿剂相比,托拉塞米能够降低心脏前后负荷,改善心脏功能,从而降低心力衰竭患者的住院率和病死率。使用新型袢利尿剂托拉塞米治疗心力衰竭具有显著的治疗优势、广泛的适应证、合理的使用剂量和较高的安全性;因此具有良好的应用前景。本文综述新型袢利尿剂托拉塞米在心力衰竭治疗中的进展,旨在为临床和科研提供参考依据,以期进一步提高心力衰竭患者的治疗效果和生活质量。

Heart failure is a clinical syndrome of cardiac dysfunction,which seriously affects the quality of life and prognosis of patients.Torasemide is a new loop diuretic,which has a stronger diuretic effect,can effectively reduce edema symptoms,and has a lower risk of electrolyte imbalance.Compared with traditional loop diuretics,torasemide can reduce cardiac preload and afterload,improve cardiac function,thereby reducing the hospitalization rate and mortality of patients with heart failure.The use of new loop diuretic torasemide in the treatment of heart failure has significant therapeutic advantages,wide indications,reasonable dosage and high safety,So has good application prospects.This article reviews the progress of torasemide,a new loop diuretic,in the treatment of heart failure,aiming to provide reference for clinical and scientific research,in order to further improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life of patients with heart failure.
