解整合素金属蛋白酶(ADAM)在动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展中起着重要作用。ADAM10作为ADAM的亚型之一,是当前动脉粥样硬化领域的研究热点,对于ADAM10的研究不仅有助于理解ADAM10在动脉粥样硬化中的作用机制,并可能得到新的心血管疾病诊断的生物标志物或潜在的治疗靶点。本文综述ADAM10在冠心病中的研究进展。

A disintegrin and metalloproteinases(ADAM)play an important role in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.As one of the subtypes of ADAM,ADAM10 is a research hotspot in the field of atherosclerosis.Research on ADAM10 not only helps to understand the mechanism of ADAM10 in atherosclerosis,but also may obtain new biomarkers or potential therapeutic targets for cardiovascular disease diagnosis.This article reviews the research progress of ADAM10 in coronary heart disease.
