3D激光显微镜下Ca_(3)SiO_(5)/CaCl_(2)复合材料对人工早期龋表层下再矿化影响的体外研究

摘要 目的:分析3D激光显微镜下Ca_(3)SiO_(5)/CaCl_(2)复合材料对人工早期龋表层下再矿化前后微结构、表面粗糙度及显微硬度值的影响。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年7月在山东医学高等专科学校附属医院因正畸拔除的新鲜前磨牙,制备人工早期龋模型,随机分为3组:空白对照组,Ca_(3)SiO_(5)/CaCl_(2)组,氟制剂组。Ca_(3)SiO_(5)/CaCl_(2)组和氟制剂组连续7 d PH循环再矿化,空白对照组不做处理,置于人工唾液中保存7 d。7 d后各组在3D激光显微镜下观察比较微结构形貌并定量分析。结果:空白对照组激光彩色形貌图可见样本表层下釉质出现凹陷结构,釉柱中心区域被溶解,釉柱间质相对完好。Ca_(3)SiO_(5)/CaCl_(2)组和氟制剂组,标本的表层下釉质大部分脱矿区凹陷被矿物质沉积填满,并可见大颗白色晶体。Ca_(3)SiO_(5)/CaCl_(2)组和氟制剂组与空白对照组比较,表面粗糙度值均增大,其中Ca_(3)SiO_(5)/CaCl_(2)组增大量最小。且Ca_(3)SiO_(5)/CaCl_(2)组和氟制剂组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。Ca_(3)SiO_(5)/CaCl_(2)组和氟制剂组与空白对照组比较,显微硬度均增大,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),其中Ca_(3)SiO_(5)/CaCl_(2)组显微硬度增加最明显。结论:3D激光显微镜是观察牙体硬组织微结构的有力工具,Ca_(3)SiO_(5)/CaCl_(2)复合材料具有较好的促进早期龋表层下再矿化的作用。
