摘要
新时代中国医学伦理学教育在理论体系建构和实践落地生根两者之间的合理转换和过渡方面仍存在着缺陷与不足。从现实审视,影响我国医学伦理学发展的因素主要有:医学与人文的疏远、医师专业精神教育缺失、课程占比少、教材引领不足等。在新时代中国医学伦理学再启程的新境遇下,需重构我国医学伦理学教育路径:充实医学伦理理念,创新融合发展;强化学科交叉机制,创新教育路径;赋能医学伦理实践,创建评价体系。重塑医学伦理学教育理念,创新教育路径是适应新时代追求全民健康新形势、形成医学院校医学人文课程改革新思路、实现医学伦理学学科建设理论新突破的需要。
In the new era,China's medical ethics education still faces challenges in achieving a balanced transition between theoretical framework development and practical application.From the practical perspective,the main factors affecting the development of medical ethics in China include the gap between medicine and humanity,a lack of medical professionalism education,limited curriculum proportion,and insufficient textbook guidance.Given the context of a new journey of medical ethics education in China,it is essential to reconstruct the education pathway:enriching ethical concepts in medicine through innovative integration;strengthening interdisciplinary mechanisms to create new educational approaches;empowering ethical practice in medicine by establishing evaluation systems.Reshaping medical ethics education and innovating education pathway are necessary to meet the new era's pursuit of national health,inspire reform in medical humanities curricula,and achieve theoretical breakthroughs in the discipline of medical ethics.
